Billing Questions

1. Why am I being charged for sent fax pages when I have several free sent fax pages remaining?

If you have verified you have not gone over your allotted free sent fax pages, make sure you are dialing a 1 before the fax number (for North American fax numbers) to ensure you are not being charged for sending an international fax.

2. My credit card number has changed. Can I update it online?

Yes. Log in to MyFaxCentral at www.myfaxcentral.com. Click on Billing Profile from the list on the left-hand side. Under Credit Card Information, input your new credit card information and click Update at the bottom of the page. For any other questions relating to credit cards and payment, please contact MyFax Billing.

3. Are there alternatives to credit card billing?

Qualifying business accounts can be invoiced, but for all other customers, credit cards are the only accepted method of payment.

4. Why has my credit card been charged already when I have just signed up for MyFax today?

MyFax is a prepaid service.

Tip: Your invoice will be generated at the end of your first billing cycle one month from the service start date. To review your invoice online, log in to MyFaxCentral at www.myfaxcentral.com. From the "My Account" menu on the left-hand side of the page, select "Account Invoice".

5. How do I close my MyFax account?
