Save/access commonly faxed documents in MyFaxCentral |

Save time with this new enhancement that lets you save documents you fax on a regular basis in MyFaxCentral. These documents are then available to you online at anytime from anywhere you access the Internet. This means your frequently faxed documents are always at your finger tips, even if you are away from your regular computer - saving you time and increasing your efficiency. |

Added Contact Book flexibility |

Just like with many email programs, now when you send a fax in MyFaxCentral, you can choose to have the recipient automatically added to a Contact Book. Another great time saver! |

Context sensitive help added to MyFaxCentral |

With the addition of context sensitive help to MyFaxCentral, answers to many of your questions are right at your fingertips which means you don’t have to look for them elsewhere. |

Increased cover page name length |
 |
Previously there was a maximum name length for cover pages. We received feedback that many of you found this frustrating because you had to take the time to try and come up with a name for the cover page that was both recognizable and fit the allotted number of characters. Now this is no longer an issue, the maximum length has been increased. |

| Search capability added to MyFaxCentral user administration page |

MyFax user administrators will be able to save time with this enhancement that makes it faster and easier to find users. |

| Enhanced Activity Reports for enterprise customers |
 |
Enterprise Administrators will be pleased to hear we’ve added the ability to generate online reports that group charges by a variety of means. This will make it possible for combined charges to be added on a per billing code basis. |
