| Here at MyFax™, we make it a habit of regularly talking to customers, such as you, to derive valuable feedback on the MyFax service. We recently conducted a survey that asked MyFax customers what features and enhancements they wanted to see added to MyFax. We received an overwhelming response. We asked questions like, "If we could develop 3 features to improve MyFax, what would they be?" and "In your opinion, where do you think MyFax should focus its development efforts?". We took this feedback and developed the new Fall '07 Release. Most of the new features included in this new release were developed because our customers requested them specifically! So here it is, the new Fall '07 Release, brought to you by...you! |

New! Preview your fax before sending |

As requested by Laura.
Laura wanted to be able to preview faxes before sending them. She regularly uses a cover page and after filling in the delivery details wanted to be able to see what the cover page looked like to ensure there were no surprises before sending it. Now you can preview your fax before sending it through MyFaxCentral. From the Send a Fax section of MyFaxCentral, click on Preview before sending the fax. |

New! Save/View your sent faxes! |

As requested by Samantha.
Samantha requested that we include a feature enabling her to save and view her sent faxes. She found that there were times when she wanted to go back and view a fax she had sent previously. Now you can access your outbound faxes from the Sent Faxes page in MyFaxCentral. This helps when you need to go back and see that important fax you sent to your mortgage broker three months ago. Once a fax is sent, it is saved online for up to 365 days. You can either view or download the fax file for reference purposes. Note that your sent faxes will be saved whether sent via email or through MyFaxCentral. |

New! Resend your Fax |

Larry asked that we add the ability to resend a previously sent fax. With MyFax, failed faxes are automatically re-tried twice. In some cases, the fax may not go through for a variety of reasons including a busy signal, no answer, or the receiving fax machine has run out of paper. In other cases, you may need to resend a previously sent fax to someone. To address this need, we've developed a tool that enables you to resend a fax to the original recipient. From the Sent Faxes page in MyFaxCentral, just select the fax you want to resend and click Resend. |

New! Forward a Received Fax |

Judy works in a very collaborative environment and wanted to be able to forward her received faxes to other people in her office. Similar to an email "Forward" button, now you can forward a received fax to another fax number. In MyFaxCentral, select a fax from your Inbox, and click Forward to send it to another fax destination. Plus, "print anywhere" functionality allows you to print a received fax on a fax machine when a printer is not available. This is a great tool for mobile workers who don't always have access to a public printer, but do have access to a fax machine. |

New! MyFax Account Setup Wizard |

The Wizard will guide you through a series of simple questions. Once complete, you will be ready to start sending and receiving faxes right away!

New! Receive fax notifications on your cell phone |

Brian is a real estate agent and spends a lot of time away from the office. Fax is an essential method of communication in his business. Brian asked that we introduce a feature enabling him to receive notifications on his cell phone that a fax has been received. Now you can receive text messages notifying you of inbound faxes and confirmations of outbound faxes on your mobile devices and cell phones. The basic information about the fax is contained in the text message, including Caller ID, CSID, timestamp, number of pages, and the success or fail notice. Under User Profile in MyFaxCentral, input your mobile provider name and mobile number to receive these important notifications on your mobile device or cell phone. |

New! Receive faxes at up to five different email addresses |

In the Spring '07 Release, we introduced the ability to send faxes from five different email addresses. We've now extended that to inbound faxes as well. In MyFaxCentral, under Receive Preferences, input up to five email addresses. From then on, you will be able to receive faxes at each of these email addresses. The email addresses could include your work account, your home account, that of your administrative assistant, partner or colleague. Enjoy greater flexibility in being able to access your faxes across multiple email accounts! |

New! Improved Spam Filtering |

Jason requested that we enhance our spam filtering tools to help him manage junk faxes. In the Spring, we added a feature enabling you to report any unsolicited or junk faxes you receive. This tool has now been extended, allowing you to automatically identify a junk fax based on certain criteria such as when faxes arrive from the same junk fax number or when they arrive from the same fax identifier. You can then control what to do with these faxes, including having them automatically sent to the new Junk Fax folder. These settings may be found in MyFaxCentral under Receive Preferences. |

IMPROVED! Online invoice for MyFax customers |
Approved business customers will now be able to view their invoice online through MyFaxCentral. In MyFaxCentral, simply click on Account Statement. Credit card customers will still be able to see their statements online. |
