MyFax Referral Program Terms & Conditions

You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions for the MyFax® Referral Program and the MyFax terms of service.

1. All current MyFax subscribers in good standing can participate in the MyFax Referral Program.
   
   
2. For every new, valid MyFax subscriber that you refer you will receive an account credit equivalent to one month's service charge. New valid subscribers cannot be an existing MyFax user, someone who has a terminated MyFax account within the last 3 months or was previously referred to MyFax by another person. Only one referral per company, physical billing address or credit card is allowed.
   
   
3. All referred subscribers must indicate your email address at the time of registration for you to receive the credit. No exceptions.
   
   
4. There is no limit on how many credits you can accumulate. Credits will appear in your account in the currency for which you are billed and will be displayed until used up by your account activity.
   
   
5. No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed. You may only send a referral email to people that you personally know. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume will result in the cancellation of your MyFax account and any outstanding credits.
   
   
6. Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the MyFax Referral Program will result in cancellation of your MyFax account and any outstanding credits.
   
   
7. MyFax credits have no cash value. Only credit will be applied to your account. Credits will be forfeited and terminated should your account be terminated for any reason including voluntary account closure.
   
   
8. MyFax is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers or referred friends while participating in the program.
   
   
9. Credits will appear in your MyFax account 60 days after the referred subscriber has subscribed for a MyFax account. Your account must be active and in good standing.
   
   
10. MyFax reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on the website.
