Packetel's pFax Internet Fax service is now part of MyFax!

On September 18th, MyFax (provided by Protus IP Solutions Inc.) acquired the Packetel Internet Fax service.

Over the coming weeks, Packetel Internet Fax accounts will migrate to MyFax. Your fax service will not be affected by this migration and the subscription rate for your existing fax numbers will not change.

Please note:

Subscription renewal charges will appear as 'MyFax' on your credit card statement.
To ensure uninterrupted fax delivery, please add 'noreply@myfax.com' to your email safe senders list and address book.

No. Fax reception will continue uninterrupted during the transition. Please add 'noreply@myfax.com' to your email safe sender's list and address book to ensure that faxes continue being delivered to your email inbox.

3. How can I manually renew my subscription?
To provide us with payment information to renew your subscription, you can either contact us by phone at 1-866-802-2250 or by logging into MyFaxCentral and updating credit card information under 'Billing Profile' under the My Account menu.

4. How can I retrieve my username and password?
Your username is your fax number. To retrieve your password, click on the 'Forgot your password' link on the MyFaxCentral login page.

5. How can I contact customer support?
