| MyFax Unveils Ability to Fax from Windows Business Applications |

OTTAWA (October 27, 2009) - MyFax, the world's fastest-growing Internet fax service, today released MyFax Print-to-Fax Assistant, a printer driver that allows the transmission of faxes from Windows-based business applications that support standard print drivers. This new, free feature allows Windows XP, Vista and 7 customers to send faxes directly from within any application by choosing print and selecting MyFax.
"MyFax customers love this option within Microsoft Office and have asked for the feature to be extended across all applications," said Steve Adams, vice president of marketing for Protus, the provider of MyFax. "We always look for new, innovative ways to help MyFax users work more efficiently, and this is a simple, effective way to fax from a computer."
MyFax customers can download the print driver from MyFaxCentral. Once complete, the Print-to-Fax option will be included in the print menu within an application. From there, faxes can be sent to multiple recipients. The option to add recipients directly from Outlook, and billing codes, are also available.
MyFax sends and receives faxes using an email account, removing the need for a dedicated phone line and fax machine. The Internet fax service, which fully integrates with applications including Microsoft Office, IBM Lotus Notes and ACT!, enables users to manage their fax communication and corresponding document management work flow more efficiently and at a lower cost than traditional fax servers or fax machines, regardless of physical location.
MyFax also offers a free service for users who need to send a fax only occasionally. MyFax Free allows users to transmit two faxes per day, up to 10 pages, without setting up an account or providing a credit card number.
