MyFax Receives Prominent NetPromoter Score Based on Customer Feedback
77.4 percent of MyFax customers would recommend the Internet fax service to a friend

Ottawa (May 13, 2009) - MyFax, the world's fastest-growing Internet fax service, today announced it has earned a NetPromoter Score (NPS) of 72 based on customer feedback. The score is based on customer answers to a single question: Would you recommend us to a friend or colleague? The NPS score translates to 77 percent of MyFax customers stating they would recommend the service. MyFax's NPS score ranks them above technology giants including Google, Adobe and Yahoo!

NetPromoter is both a loyalty metric and a discipline for using customer feedback to fuel profitable growth. The NPS holds companies and employees accountable for how they treat customers.

According to NetPromoter, "Companies with the most efficient growth engines operate at NPS efficiency ratings of 50 to 80%. But the average firm sputters along at an NPS efficiency of only 5 to 10%...
