If you have all of your information but are still having trouble logging into your account it could be due to one of the following:

1. Your account may have been closed due to non-payment. To verify, or to have your account re-activated, please contact our billing department at 1-866-563-9212.

2. You may have multiple Internet browsers open. Sometimes having too many Internet browsers open simultaneously can cause problems when logging in to MyFax Central.

3. Cookies may not be enabled in your browser. MyFax Central uses cookies to perform some of its functions. You must have cookies enabled in order to login and use MyFax Central.

4. You may need to add MyFax Central as a trusted site, to ensure that your security settings do not interfere with its use of cookies.

5. There maybe an existing cookie that is interfering with MyFax Central. Try removing your existing cookies.
