1. What is the MyFax Affiliate Program?

The MyFax Affiliate Program will pay you every time you refer a new MyFax subscriber from your site. As an Affiliate, you can earn cash by linking to our website and generating subscriptions. MyFax takes care of the order processing, customer service and reporting, leaving you to collect monthly checks. Joining the MyFax Affiliate Program is a way for you to make money while providing added value on your website.

2. Why should I join?

There are many reasons to join! Becoming an affiliate of MyFax is free, and you'll make money with very little effort. As our partner you will be providing your regular users with an award-winning Internet fax service.

3. How much will I earn?

You will earn $12 US for every initial sign-up. With our tiered offer, you will earn an additional $14-$30 per subscription. At up to $42 per subscription, you can see that it doesn't take long to increase your revenues.

4. How much does it cost to become a MyFax Affiliate?

Nothing! There are no membership or application fees. How much you earn depends on how many subscriptions you refer.

5. Does my Website qualify for the MyFax Affiliate Program?

Anyone can apply to the MyFax Affiliate Program. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse any site that does not meet our content criteria. We will not accept Websites that:

Promote unlawful activities;
Promote discrimination based on age, disability, nationality, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation;
Contain content that is fraudulent, harassing, obscene, threatening or promotes violence or pornography.

6. Do I need to have a website to be a MyFax Affiliate?

No! You can also use emails, newsletters, whatever means are available to you to refer visitors to our site.

7. How can I promote MyFax?

MyFax will provide banners, buttons, and text links that you can use on your site. Promotions will be offered and updated frequently to encourage click throughs and new subscriptions. In addition to your Website, we recommend that you promote through an opt-in mailing list or a newsletter. Under no circumstances will unsolicited emails (spamming) be tolerated.

8. How do I get started with the Affiliate Program?

To get started with the MyFax Affiliate Program, please apply through Commission Junction.

9. When are payments made to me?

Payments are made to you 30 days after a month's accrual. Meaning if you accrued $100 in January, you will be paid on or about March 1st.

10. Why have I not been paid?

If you did not meet the minimum commissions of twenty-five dollars (US $25) in any given month, you will not receive a commission check for that month. Other reasons you may not have been paid are 30 days have yet to pass since your commissions were accrued, you have not earned any commissions or your leads or sales are under investigation for fraud. Please contact us at with any questions or concerns in regard to payment.

11. What is Amount Due?

Amount earned prior to 30 days ago and received payment from advertiser. This means, if today is March 15, and you generate commissions from January 31 and prior - this is the amount that is due to be paid to you.

12. What is Amount Pending?

Amount in the 30 days prior to the end of last month. This means, that if today is April 15th, and you earned $100 from March 1st to March 30th that is the Amount Pending.

13. What is Total Commission Earned to Date?

This is the total commissions you have earned to date.

14. What is Total Amount Paid to Date?

This is the amount we have paid to you to date.

15. How does MyFax track subscriptions referred from my Website?

MyFax uses cookies to track traffic and subscriptions referred from your Website. Cookies will be set for 45 days allowing you to profit from MyFax registrations that had recently visited your Website.

16. Does the MyFax Program offer reporting tools for affiliates?

Yes, we offer complete reporting tools through Commission Junction. This tracking option gives you a wealth of information about your progress including number of clicks, number of MyFax orders, total revenue generated and much more.

17. How will you know that clicks and orders came from my site?

All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a qualifying click or order is made.

18. Who processes the MyFax orders?

We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!
